I like how knowledgeable Gabriel is about Strength and Conditioning. He explains and demos technique very well, and will explain in detail why we are doing a specific movement and what it targets - from warm up all the way through to cool down stretches. I enjoy how serious he is about training, and he's a great teacher and coach.

Gabriel made me feel very relaxed and I didn't feel judged if I made mistakes. He is a very patient coach, and very engaged with me.

- Training with Gabriel has helped me lose body fat and build muscle, my body composition has changed a lot in less than a year. - My muscles are less tight, particularly my lower back and hamstrings which have been my problem areas for years - I can bench press around 40kg and deadlift 85kg. When we first started training, I struggled to bench press the barbell! - My boxing has also improved. Gabriel has given countless pieces of advice that are so helpful. I've gone to boxing classes and personal trainers recreationally for 3 years and have never been given such precise and helpful advice before. - Training with Gabriel has meant that I can implement a home Kettlebell training program when we are not training in person - Lastly, the confidence and strength I have built up training with Gabriel has given me the push to start Powerlifting, which I would have never done without his training.

Gabriel has expert knowledge - from Kettlebell training, Strength & Conditioning, and Boxing. Sometimes it can feel like personal trainers are a Jack of all trades but Gabriel is truly an amazing personal trainer in all areas, and you can tell he is passionate about his craft
