A high volume, explosive, and gritty full body kettlebell program that will increase your general strength, endurance, muscle size and density, as well as your ability to absorb punches in the ring.

The program requires you to train kettlebells 2 days a week and primarily follows the set and rep scheme of 1x20, alongside AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) sets on both days that you will try and increase every week to maximise your strength-endurance capacity.

This is the perfect off-season General Physical Preparedness (GPP) program, tested on professional and elite amateur boxers. It is designed so you can cycle and progress on it for as long as you choose to stick with it.
